I’m a seasoned business executive, academic, and community leader with over 44 years of experience in industry, governance, and human capital development. I hold a PhD from Nelson Mandela University and have dedicated much of my career to advancing organisational effectiveness, leadership development and sustainable business practices. In addition to serving as Chairman of Community Chest of the Western Cape, I also serve as chairman of the Electronic Recycling Association of South Africa. I’m also an Industry Representative on the FP&M SETA Board and an Executive Member of the South African Cotton Textile Processing Employers Organisation. I’m passionate about education and mentorship.
