Monitoring and Evaluation

We provide grant funding to qualifying non-profit organisations. In turn, we require that these NPOs report on how the funding was used and its impacts on beneficiaries, and whether value was in fact created. Impact reporting is therefore imperative.

Organisations need to clearly document and communicate the changes and outcomes that resulted from their programmes and activities. They must demonstrate how a programme’s efficacy contributes to its mission and vision, highlighting its transparency and accountability to donors, beneficiaries, partners and other stakeholders.

Impact reporting also seeks to improve a programme’s implementation via evidence-based learning.

An impact report includes an organisational overview (mission and vision), the geographic areas of operation, target beneficiaries, goals, objectives, activities, outputs, outcomes and impacts. A budget highlights how the grant funding was used to show how it has achieved its set outcomes.
